Meetings, birthdays, fundraisers, holiday parties, training sessions, reunions, parties, and outreach events are welcome!
Rentals of the Rock Falls Community Building are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The auditorium seats up to 250 at up to 35 tables.
Rentals include the use of tables, chairs, restrooms, entryway, coat racks, lighting, stage (auditorium) and projector screen (auditorium). PA system rental and kitchen rental are available for an additional fee.
Full-day rental on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday. Additional $75 damages deposit required, refundable after rental, plus a credit/debit card on file for additional incidents.
Full-day rental Monday-Thursday. Additional $75 damages deposit required, refundable after rental, plus a credit/debit card on file for additional incidents.
Three-hour rental Monday-Friday.
• Previous Evening Setup (pending approval): $65
• Kitchen Rental: $35 (free for nonprofits) - includes the use of dishes, silverware, glasses, stove, refrigerator, sinks, cooking utensils and more!
• PA System Rental: $40 - includes microphone and speakers, with available connections for a laptop or tablet
